Group Training

Our 45 min groups are different to most! They’re small & intimate as they’re just 4 people max.

A cost-effective way to see a trainer more often and still get a personalised program in a smaller private gym setting where you’re not just a number. Your trainer will write you a program, teach you every exercise, ensure you get a safe & efficient workout every session & answer any questions regarding health, fitness & weight training.

We train a great bunch of locals who also enjoy catching up with each other in their sessions. You can train with a friend or family member or if you’re new to the area it’s a great way to meet new people.

Our group training clients get great results and just like our 1-on-1 clients we change your programs every 6 weeks to keep you challenged & interested.
